Ya can't take it with you...
There are people on this planet who have more money than they could ever spend in ten lifetimes.
And they are still… not done.
They are corrupted by the dark entities that represent greed.
They want MORE. Another yacht. Another island. Another political puppet. Another zero on the end of a number that no longer even means anything real to them.
And the wild thing is, they are sacrificing everything for it. Their humanity. Their relationships.
Their ability to feel anything that isn’t transactional. They are hollow, and they do not even know it anymore because they have spent so long filling the void with STUFF.
Meanwhile, most regular people on this planet want something completely different.
They want clean air. Clean water. A forest that hasn’t been bulldozed. A neighbourhood where their kids can play outside. Time with the people they love. An affordable meal together at the end of a day. That’s it. That is genuinely it for most of us.
The gap between what the hoarding class is chasing and what the rest of us actually need is staggering when you sit with it.
Here is the thing that no amount of wealth can escape though.
You die.
Every single one of us, at some point, leaves this body behind. And when that moment comes, none of it comes with you. Not the property portfolio. Not the private jet. Not the rare art on the walls of a house you barely lived in. None of it.
You leave the same way you arrived. With nothing but what you actually ARE.
So a lifetime spent hoarding and clawing and stepping on other people to accumulate more of something you cannot take with you… what was that actually for?
The thing that you DO take with you is love. The connections you built. The moments that were real. The times you showed up for someone. The times someone showed up for you.
That is the currency that actually matters and most of the wealthy elite have been going completely bankrupt in this department for decades.
Love doesn’t appear on a balance sheet. You can’t buy it when you’ve spent your whole life treating people like resources. It doesn’t care how much you’re worth.
And deep down, I think some of them know this. Which is probably why they need so much MORE of everything else, because the one thing that would actually fill them up is the one thing their lifestyle makes almost impossible to access.
They are living with giant holes in their energy bodies that can only be filled up with love.
The people who have very little, who still somehow prioritise showing up for the people they love, who still find joy in small things and take care of their communities, those are the people living the richest lives on this planet right now.
The stuff is temporary. The love you give and receive is the only thing here that actually lasts.
