🚨 Critical Listing Update & Action Taken!

Hey everyone! I wanted to share some key insights from our latest eBay listing data—it's been a busy week of testing and optimizing!

We've made a major fix that has dramatically increased visibility, but now we've uncovered our next challenge.

📈 The Success and The Snag
SUCCESS: Visibility Solved!

Our Impressions (Visibility) have seen a massive jump! The new title and the 4.5% ad rate are doing their job, forcing eBay to show our listing far more often.

SNAG: Clicks are Failing!

Our Click-Through Rate (CTR) has dropped to 0.7%. This is the biggest problem. Buyers are seeing the listing (great visibility), but they are scrolling right past it.

🛑 The Key Problem: Low Clicks (CTR)
The low CTR is a clear signal:

The thumbnail photo is NOT compelling enough for buyers to click on our listing.

We are currently paying for high visibility, but that potential is being wasted because the visual isn't convincing buyers of the product's quality.

✅ Immediate Action Taken
To fix this critical conversion issue, I have updated the main listing photo (the thumbnail image) across the board.

The new photo is a high-contrast, pure white background studio shot to maximize visibility and professionalism. This is essential for converting those high impressions into actual clicks and sales.

Next Step: I'll be checking the data early next week to confirm this new photo pushes our CTR past the critical 1-2% benchmark.
