We are pleased to partner with the Virgin Islands Port Authority to provide project management and staff augmentation services for marine capital improvement projects throughout the territory. Our team includes experts in marine planning, engineering, permitting, environmental and public outreach: Anchor QEA, LLC, GFT, Tysam Tech LLC, and Udall Advisory Solutions. CMTS has been working in the USVI since 2017 and maintains a local office and on-island staff, providing oversight and management services on active construction projects in St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix.
