With the heaviest of hearts I’m postponing The Achieve Conference until 2027.

After really looking at everything right now, there are just too many unknowns around travel, logistics, and scheduling. I never want attendees, speakers, or sponsors committing while feeling unsure.

Achieve has always been about a seamless, high-level experience, and I’m not willing to do it halfway. So instead of pushing through uncertainty, I’m choosing to be intentional and play the long game.

The good news… we’re not just coming back, we’re coming back in a brand new destination 👀

Think fresh energy, new city, and an even bigger experience.

Next up for our amazing lineup for this retrat we want to introduce Catherine Smith Licari. She began her career in publishing spending years working as a magazine editor and with emerging luxury fashion designers. At the age of 25 and while completing a Masters in Fashion Studies at Parsons, she launched her first business, e-commerce company PLAN DE VILLE as the online destination for luxury fashion by emerging designers. She received the Rising Star Award in
Retail from The Fashion Group International in 2016 for the concept. Catherine's work has been featured in Harper's Bazaar, Forbes, Women's Wear Daily, and by Nasdaq. She is actively involved in a leadership capacity with The Whitney Museum and The Luxury Education Foundation and lives in New York City. After scaling Plan de Ville and launching a financial advisory practice for emerging brands, she completed an MBA at Columbia Business School and created Cash Flow for Creatives, a financial literacy company designed for small business owners who are busy navigating all aspects of their business. If big conferences overwhelm you, this will feel like relief. We are so excited to share our 2026 retreat with you!

We chose Madison, Indiana on purpose. Quiet. Walkable. Focused. We will gather here and learn from the pros about business, fundamentals, and deep dive into how to grow. With some fun activities, dinners, and shopping events to make it unforgettable!

You fly into CVG or IND, arrive at the hotel, and from there you’re taken care of. No complicated logistics. No pressure to keep up.

Just meaningful conversations and time to think clearly again.
