✅ Last day to file your personal tax return (1040)

⚠️ Extension gives you more time to FILE… NOT more time to PAY

🚨 DO NOT THROW THIS LETTER AWAY 🚨

If this shows up in your mail or your email, KEEP IT.

This is your 1095-A Health Insurance Marketplace Statement and your tax return depends on it.

Here’s what you need to know:

📌 If you had Marketplace insurance at ANY point, even for one month, you will receive a 1095-A.

📌 If you file without it, your return WILL reject. The IRS will not process your refund until this form is included.

📌 We legally CANNOT file your taxes without this document. This form is used to reconcile your Premium Tax Credit no exceptions.

📌 Even if you think you had employer insurance, you may still get a 1095-A if Marketplace was involved earlier in the year.

💻 Lost it or never received it?

Log into your HealthCare.gov account → “Documents & Notices” → download your 1095-A instantly.

Do NOT delay your refund over one missing form. As soon as you get your 1095-A put it with your tax documents to have a smooth filing process!
