Note the email at the top. USPS would not use a phony email account like that.

New Scam Alert:
1.) A scammer will create a fake page and PAY to run an ad with hopes that you will click on the link and enter your credit card information willingly for the “free” item.

2.) Scammer will create multiple fake profiles to interact the ad to attempt to give it credibility.

3.) In this case, by clicking on the “about” section you can see that each of these people were from the same town, in France none the less. They even follow the same pages. When I went to click on those pages, they also were running additional scams of their own.

SCAM: ”There’s no such thing as a free lunch.”
Scammers goal: To entice you to enter personal information into a Google doc to steal your identity or Facebook profile.

How it works:
1.) Scammer creates a fake page resembling that of a popular restaurant or business.
2.) Scammers page will “auto reply” to anyone who comments, reminding them to like and share the page. (With the intent of conning more people into disclosing personal information.)

How to identify:
ALWAYS check the “about” section of a page/profile before interacting. In this case, the page was created within the last month. I can assure you that a restaurant chain will have a much older date than this.
