Hey sisters ! Happy Saturday! I hope everything has been going good or better than good for you all. We will be covering or better yet uncovering/ revealing some heart issues such as insecurities, desires, comparison, etc. When you have time in your hands, here’s an intro video into a new journey we will embark on, going deeper within ourselves. I left a FREE resource on there that has been helping me for a while on this self discovery/ self care journey !

So, I’m on this journey personally first.

But, please let me know what things have been on your heart and what topics you would like to study more in community so that I can pray and prepare those spaces for us.

Life happens and life brings us perspective. I just wanted to check in with y'all and see how things have been. Of course I have to always come baring gifts...

Hey sisters, how are you all doing today ? It is a beautiful day and I just wanted to extend an invitation to you all. If you are free, I will be getting on zoom at 5:00 PM to plan and prep some food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for at least today through Tuesday.. but you are free to prep your food for the entire week. If you need to get your grocery list down, budget for the week… all those types of prepping and planning things, you are free to come and enjoy an accountability time w/ sisters planning and prepping. We are removing stressful times throughout the weekdays and having more time to be present with our family, friends, self and God and not worry about the logistics of getting things done that could be done beforehand.

March is a month for Reading and I don't know about you all, but I love reading ! If you aren't a "reader" let me encourage you to try different ways to approach reading. I have found that some books are better for me in audio version more than paper book. So, let me challenge you all to join us in a book club challenge. We will begin this year with a very intentional bible study by that is designed to align our lives more in order by clarifying things that we may be confused with or distracted by as we grow and participate in an intimate and ongoing relationship with God, practically. This will help us to hear the voice of God with confidence and carry out a fulfilling life in the purpose we were created for!

This scripture spoke to me in this study 📖
“Examine me, O LORD, and try me; test my mind and my heart.” - Psalm 26:2

See if you recognize any of these reasons she mentioned in the book as to why we don’t obey God :

•people pleasing/ approval
•peer pressure
•lack of trust in God
•uncertainty s to how to begin
•impatient with God’s timing
•Procrastination
•fear
•pride
•concern that I might be hearing God wrong
•doubt that obedience will lead to a desirable result
** Jot down any more that aren’t on the list

We will discuss practical ways to overcome these distractions and continue on this journey of hearing God more clearly.

We will also check in on our goals and pray with one another!
