So, I recently took a DNA Behavior assessment…

First, what is a DNA Behavior assessment?

It is a psychometric assessment tool designed to identify an individual’s hardwired behavioral tendencies, communication style, and attitudes toward money.

What are “Desired Team Roles”?

In a DNA Behavior assessment, “Desired Team Roles” refers to the specific organizational and team functions in which an individual is behaviorally hardwired and naturally suited to excel. Rather than measuring learned skills, the DNA Behavior platform evaluates core, enduring behavioral traits.

When the assessment generates a list of “Desired Team Roles” in a report or on a Career Insight Card, it ranks functions based on where the individual is likely to experience the least stress and the greatest sense of flow.

Now, this is the amazing part… Keep in mind that there was not a single question about the work I have done or the roles I have held.

What a crazy summer it has been and it isn’t over yet! A few highlights of events I have been selling venue space for and a couple community programs I planned!

From graduation celebrations, story time and kids crafts to live music with BBQ, sports banquets, birthdays and even a wedding, it has been a packed summer at Acacia Collective - Coffee, Coworking, & Community Space!
