Here is a walkthrough of house we finished with newly installed Cattail Pecan laminate flooring from Mohawk.

Mohawk Flooring is a high quality laminate flooring material that is a great alternative to hardwood flooring. Its requires a moisture barrier and underlayment if installed over concrete like this in project.

We were able to complete this floor installation with new baseboards and floor trim in less than 2 weeks. The amount of time will vary based how much subfloor prep is necessary to meet the desired expectation

Subfloor preparation is an important element to achieve a long lasting floor install. This means understanding moisture containment and creating a smooth, clean surface for the new flooring material.

Check out this interior paint project where we painted all the walls and trim including over 20 antique solid wood doors and decorative crown molding.

A great paint job is all about properly prepping the surfaces. We spent nearly a week prepping, sanding, and re-sanding all the surfaces that were to receive paint.
Our craftsman know how to bring old, worn out looking wood back to life using a combination of wood filler, bondo, sanding, and caulking to get that perfect finish.

In this project we used all Sherwin Williams paint, including a water based paint for the walls, and an oil based paint for all the trim. Colors used were:
Radiant Dawn, Slumber Sloth, Aleutian, Lullaby

In this bedroom remodel we re-textured the walls and ceiling with a light orange peel style texture to modernize the space, and added ornate crown molding for a decorative touch. We had to use a flexible urethane crown molding in order to wrap around the curved surface of a wall.

We painted the room top to bottom in Sherwin Williams paint using the color "Vanillin" for the walls and "Swim" for the vanity cabinet.

We then customized the old ironing board cubby to be used as shelves.

Here we converted a detached garage into a home office. We re-framed the interior walls, installed a window and door, insulated and sheetrocked the walls, ran electrical for a ceiling fan and wall A/C unit, and epoxy stained the floor for a beautiful and cost friendly finish.

does it again with a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel for a Dallas Condo built in the 1920's.

These historic building remodels can be challenging for some, but we have the special knowledge and skill required to take it on.

In this Kitchen/Laundry remodel combo we removed a load bearing wall and joined the two to create a better flow and more space.

We replaced all the cabinets with shaker style Fuji Light cabinets that have a natural wood look that we love up against the emerald backsplash.

Quartz countertops, custom cabinet mods, and a an exterior hand crafted handrailed stoop for the back door exit. (Check our next posts to see more photos)

In this master bathroom remodel centered around a stain glass window of Van Gogh’s “Wheat Field with Cypresses,”we removed a sunken cast iron tub and turned it into a curbless entry shower using large format tile with bench and recessed niche shelves.

It includes custom built farmhouse style vanity cabinets and colonial maple stained bead board wall cabinets.

We removed an old shower and turned it into closet space and converted the closet doors into pocket doors for maximum space efficiency.
