Happy Tuesday.

This week, the spotlight is on Emilio!

Emilio is an Equipment Operator who operates the baler and skid steer. He has been at PTP for 6 months. Emilio’s hometown is Guanajuato, Mexico, and his favorite food is fish. When asked about his time at PTP, Emilio said, “I’m very grateful to Josh and PTP for giving me a job when I most needed it. I’m happy to be working with everybody. Austin is a good leader and manager, and he’s willing to stay later if there’s help needed. I’m very happy with my time here.”

Happy Friday, we hope your week was as shiny as ours!

Did you know, gold is the most malleable metal because of its atomic structure? Gold has atoms that float in a ‘sea of electrons’, which allows it to bend without losing its structure. Even though PTP doesn't recycle gold by itself, we do buy computer circuit boards which contain tiny amounts of gold.

This week, meet Juan.

Juan is a Warehouse Associate responsible for loading and unloading trucks and occasionally handling material movement. He has been at PTP for 7 months. Juan’s hometown is Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico, and his favorite food is shrimp fajitas. A fun fact about Juan is he listens to music and plays video games.
