I am an engineer by profession and a successful digital business owner by choice, a yogi by heart, a wonderful (super) mom, home maker, a dancer, singer and fun loving by spirit. I've always had this intent to have a business of my own which will run without much of my intervention and something that will push me out of my comfort zone and stretch my knowledge and capabilities to the next level. ALERT 🚨 What is considered normal is not normal⁉️😱⁉️

Realizing this changed my life 😇🥰

For me, it was NORMAL to give🚰
I loved giving and that was a part of me that I💞
🤷‍♀️Until one day when…..

👉I realize an irritation inside me,
👉An empty feeling,
👉Feeling where you feel you don’t have any more with you,

🥵🥶That horrible feeling of being unable to give more was very devastating…
🤢It was very hard for me to explain so I even avoided connecting with others as I couldn’t give ….

I couldn’t stand this feeling anymore so I decided to go on a search ….

Got introduced to the concept of SELF-LOVE💝 by my dear friend 💝

To be honest- at first, it felt SELFISH ☠️⁉️

🤔 Date yourself
🤔 Give yourself a gift ever
🤔 Give yourself time

Gradually I started diving into it and things started to shift and had a light bulb moment 💡🌈

👎⛔️SELF-LOVE doesn’t mean being selfish👎🙅🏻‍♀️

🤗💗SELF-LOVE 💕💗 simply means giving the love that we give to everyone else to ourselves.

At that moment I realized ….
🌟 IT IS TIME to change the game
🌟 IT IS TIME to put your face mask on before helping others.
🌟 IT IS TIME to honour yourself
🌟 IT IS TIME to love yourself.

Doing this had filled me inside and now I am back in the giving game…

What’s different you might ask ….. you are still a giver ⁉️

Yes, that’s the beauty of Self-love, it doesn’t change who you are at your core 🫶💞

It nurtures and enhances you with more resources to be able to do more of what you truly desire to do within you 🫶💞

“Put your face mask on before you help others”

Always put yourself first 🥇💝

We women 👩🏼‍🦰 usually, take care of everyone and everything, but when it comes to ourself we say “I’m good” “I’ll rest later” “as long as family is taken care, I’m happy” etc.,. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦‍♀️

What we don’t realize is that, we cannot pour from an empty cup🍵

We can only pour what’s filled in the cup🍵
👉 if you fill coffee, you spill coffee ☕️
👉 if you fill tea, you spill tea 🫖
👉 if you fill it with frustration, you spill frustration 😤
And so on..

✨✨Whereas, if you fill it with love💗, you spill love 💕💝

So ✨✨
🫶🏼 give yourself enough love 💗
🫶🏼 Fill your cup with loads of love 💗
