IN-FIELD INVESTIGATORS | DFW & NORTH TEXAS

Nexus Investigation Agency is expanding its field team and is looking for professional, dependable investigators to handle assigned cases involving bond forfeitures, defendant locations, surveillance, field research, and related field operations.

📍 Counties Currently Served:
Dallas • Denton • Tarrant • Ellis • Kaufman

This is an in-field position requiring investigators to travel throughout their assigned areas, conduct fieldwork, document findings, and maintain detailed case records through the NexusTrac App.

🔎 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Investigators may be responsible for:

• Locating defendants and hard-to-find individuals
• Conducting surveillance and field observations
• Verifying addresses and gathering information
• Conducting interviews and fact-finding
• Performing skip-tracing and open-source research
• Preparing professional investigative reports
• Transporting defendants to a local county jail when required and authorized
• Maintaining accurate case notes, activity logs, and documentation
• Communicating case progress with the Nexus team
• Working independently while following Nexus policies and procedures

🇺🇸 TEXAS ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must meet applicable Texas requirements, including:

✅ 18 years of age or older
✅ U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident Alien
