Need to recover from your weekend workout? Join me for a zoom recovery session at 6:15 - 7:15 pm on Monday evenings. We use a roller, softball, tennis or lacrosse ball, and mat. Techniques include myofascial release, stretching, and exercises to keep your joints in the proper position. Requests accepted. So far, I have requests for cycling muscle recovery for tomorrow.
