Requirements:
* Demonstrate the ABILITY to represent the company in the highest professional manner at all times.
* A minimum of 5 years EXPERIENCE in the landscape industry.
* Good COMMUNICATION skills: English and Spanish (AN IMPORTANT PLUS).
* Valid Texas driver license, clean driving record for at least 3 years and proof of INSURABILITY.
* ABILITY TO PERFORM physically demanding work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
* Working KNOWLEDGE of plant materials (a plus), planting techniques and construction TECHNIQUE.
* Ability to safely and effectively OPERATE TYPICAL landscape construction EQUIPMENT as well as trucks and trailers as required transporting materials, personnel and equipment.
* Must be able to PRODUCE WORK within a predetermined budget as well as PRIORITISE TASKS to insure client satisfaction and job deadlines.
