I am beginning a new evening in person weekly class Tuesday June 3. Class will be at the unique Verve Vertu Art Studio, 24 N. Main St. Dallas. Parking on side of studio. Yoga equipment provided FREE or bring your own. Class will be suitable for any level. I will teach in a style of a slow flow ending with restorative/yin postures. All levels may attend.

Classes consist of breath, postures, meditation and relaxation based on the 8 Limbs of Yoga Philosophy.

Time 6-7:15 pm
Fee: $15

Join me for Saturday, New Year's Eve morning for this special class as we Celebrate New Beginnings with intention and create space for "living intentionally" in The New Year.

This is an all level in person or join by Zoom in the comfort of your own space. Registration for Zoom required prior to class through Venmo or PayPal. Class time is 10-11:15 AM held at the unique Verve Vertu Art Studio, 24 North Main Street. There is parking on the side of the building.
