Allison started her career in the multifamily industry after several years in the hotel industry. She joined Western National Property Management (WNG) and worked at several properties in Irvine, California, before the Irvine Company took management in-house. After three years onsite, she transitioned to the corporate office and became a Technology Trainer.

As the Director of Training, Allison inspires and guides a team of learning designers to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
