🎉 Celebrating 25 Years with Adam Dement! 🎉

25 years. One incredible journey. And a whole lot of impact along the way!

Please join us in celebrating Adam Dement, our Director of IT, on 25 years with TSG Restaurants!

Adam started his journey with us in September 2001 as a BOH Team Member at McAlister’s Deli in Longview, TX. Over the years, he wore many hats, serving as an Assistant Manager in several locations and helping open new restaurants as part of our Training Team. His dedication and commitment to the team were recognized along the way, including being named Team Player of the Year in both 2007 and 2011.

In February 2007, Adam officially joined the IT team as the second person in the department, helping build and shape the IT function into what it is today. From the restaurant floor to leading our IT team, his journey is a true reflection of growth, dedication, and the opportunities that come from investing in our people.
Adam, thank you for 25 years of hard work, leadership, and commitment to our team. We are incredibly grateful for everything you have contributed over the years and the impact you continue to make every day.

Congratulations on 25 years, Adam! Here’s to an amazing journey and many more to come!

We're honored to see Together For Teachers featured on NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth’s Something Good segment!

What started as an idea to celebrate local educators grew into something much bigger. With the support of our local communities, we recognized incredible teachers and invested more than $19,000 directly into classrooms across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas.

Across every community we proudly serve, teachers are using these classroom grants to create new opportunities for students that will have a lasting impact for years to come—and that's exactly what Together For Teachers was created to do. We couldn't be more proud of what this initiative has accomplished.

At TSG Restaurants, community isn't just something we support—it's who we are. We put people at the heart of everything we do, and we're grateful to everyone of our team, every teacher, and every guest who helped make the first Together For Teachers campaign such a success.
