I passed on a property this week that looked great on paper.
*Affordable.
*Good rental numbers.
*Landlord-friendly market.
*Plenty of demand.
And I still said no. Why?
Because investing isn't just about numbers.
The house next door was a long-term problem that would likely impact future tenants, appreciation, and resale value.
That's something many investors miss. They focus on the property.
I focus on the outcome.
The truth is, the best investment market isn't always the one with the cheapest houses, the highest rents, or the most YouTube videos talking about it.
The best market is the one that helps you achieve the outcome you want:
ď Cash flow.
ď Appreciation.
ď Stability.
ď Less stress.
I just released a new video walking through the seven things I look at before I buy in any market and why some popular investment cities don't make my list.
