Michael brings more than 20 years of real estate valuation experience across office, industrial, multifamily, retail, and land assets. Prior to joining BBG, Goldstein was the Principal and founder of Goldstein Valuation, LLC, a commercial appraisal and valuation consulting firm. A longtime leader within the Appraisal Institute, he holds the MAI and AI-GRS designations and is a certified general appraiser in four states and the District of Columbia. In his new role, Michael will help drive growth across the South Florida market, working closely with our Miami office to expand BBG's presence throughout the region.
