Just read that the webinar industry is set to hit $800 million by the end of 2024. That's not surprising at all - I've been running webinars for over a decade and have seen firsthand how powerful they are for business growth.

The article mentions that B2B companies host 61% of all webinars, and 89% of hosts say webinars are their best channel for marketing and business growth. That tracks with my experience.

Just read an article that hit home for me as someone who's spent 15+ years creating systems for businesses.

The writer calls himself a "process geek" but admits he often hates OTHER people's processes. Man, can I relate!

As software developers, we're always walking that tightrope. Too little process = chaos. Too much process = nobody follows it anyway.

I've seen companies with literal FEET of process documentation that nobody reads. And I've built automated systems specifically because some processes were just too burdensome.

Here's what I've learned: The best processes are invisible. They just make work flow better without getting in your way.

Just wrapped up Day 1 of my three-day masterclass on mastering content automation with RSSMasher in 2025!

If you missed it, I've compiled all the notes in a Notion document for easy access. We covered a ton of ground today, from finding quality RSS feeds to building effective mashes.

One of the most common questions I get is "How do I find RSS feeds?" Today I revealed my five proven methods, including a neat feature in BotMasher that basically works as an 'easy button' for feed discovery.
