Tear out 2nd floor open it up. Tear out water damage walls. Tear out bathrooms. Rebuild walls/ Bathroom.
Tear out old tile floors. Grind down concrete floor / Epoxy. Repaint walls.

Customer had some rotten wood on the garage door. We dug out all the rotten wood.
Use a 2part liquid epoxy.
Then rebuild the door with a 2part epoxy putty.
Turn out really nice.
