1. UPLOAD YOUR RESUME & PHOTO. Don't have a resume or need help updating one? We'll work with you to get your resume professionally created so that employers get the full picture of how you can be an asset to their company. Don't forget to take a nice, professional picture to attach to your profile. This is a great opportunity to allow employers to connect a face to your resume!
2. COMPLETE YOUR INTRODUCTION VIDEO. On the Jobs4U Website, you'll have the opportunity to make a formal video introduction of yourself to employers interested in your resume and profile. We'll give you a few questions to consider answering during your introduction so that employers can get a quick up close and personal perspective of you while they are reviewing your resume. Be sure to prepare yourself just as if you have already been called to an interview... look nice and speak clearly! This is your chance to make a nice impression to a company that may want to hire you! EMPLOYERS LOOKING TO FILL A POSITION:

3. SETUP YOUR ACCOUNT: Visit our website at www.Jobs-4-U.net and create an employer account to view trained and qualified potential employee profiles. You'll have a chance to view resumes, skills and trainings, and get up close and personal with those looking to get hired by reviewing their 60-second video introduction! This gives you an opportunity to meet your candidate for the first time and decide if you want to move on to the interviewing process.
4. GET TO KNOW YOUR CANDIDATE: Set up a face-to-face Video Interview via our website! At Jobs4U, you can do a quick interview with a potential candidate to ask any questions you may have about their resume and skills. You can also interview the candidate before inviting them to your office for a more formal interview, or you can choose to do your entire interviewing process online. Our services are set up to make the hiring process for your company easier, quicker and more successful.
