Network service errors have been cleared and test calls are showing no additional issue with calls originating from AT&T land lines. We will continue to monitor the problem for the next 24 hours. Thank you for your patience.

We have noticed some issues with AT&T landline customers not being able to get through to us this morning and it seems to only be isolated to AT&T land line customers. We are also having an issue with our main business line receiving an "All Circuits are busy" message when forwarded into our call center. However, this seems to be isolate to AT&T land lines as we are not seeing any issues with call failures from all other areas (cellular, fiber, VoIP, and SIP). We are working with Windstream and AT&T to have the issues resolved as quickly as possible. If you are having an issue reaching us from your AT&T land line service, please call AT&T and report the issue and have them open a trouble ticket on your account and give them your main office and call forwarding number for your answering service. Again, this seems to be a very isolated issue, so please call us from your cell phone and we'll be happy to assist you and answer any questions you might have.

We’re seeing improvement on AT&T email to text delay issues this afternoon so hopefully network issues have been resolved but we will continue to monitor the problem for the next 24hrs. All other carriers have been unaffected.

Isolated Bandwith.com VoIP services and AT&T landline trunking issues have been resolved, however we are noticing delays in AT&T email to text messaging this morning. So far AT&T is reporting no issues, however testing reveals no delays to all other carries (TMobile, Verizon, etc.). We will continue to monitor the situation.

While we are fortunate to have not experienced many issues with the current DDoS attack on the Bandwidth.com network, many of our customers utilize voice and messaging service providers in their offices who have. If you haven't done so already, please contact your service provider and report the issue so you can be added to a Master Trouble Ticket that includes all involved customers.

It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of Ginny Casper earlier today. She was involved in a very serious car accident last night and passed away early this morning. Ginny was Medical Connections, Inc.'s very first employee in 1989 and and has been a loyal, dedicated, and cherished member of our family for over 31 years. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and worked with her. Our thoughts, love, and prayers go out to her family during such a difficult time. We love you and we will miss you, Stubby. Godspeed.
