Becoming a clinical supervisor is a meaningful step in a clinician's professional development, but clinical experience alone doesn't prepare you for every part of the role.

Effective supervision requires the ability to provide meaningful feedback, support supervisee development, navigate ethical responsibilities, and create a structured environment for clinical learning.

Our 40-hour Clinical Supervision Training is designed for clinicians preparing to step into this role and build the skills needed to provide intentional, effective supervision.

Receiving an ADHD or other neurodivergence diagnosis as an adult can bring relief, grief, validation, and a lot of questions all at once.

You may begin looking back at school, relationships, work, or past struggles through a completely different lens. That process can be emotional. 💛

Therapy can provide space to explore those experiences without shame, understand how your brain and nervous system respond, and build more supportive ways of navigating everyday life.

A diagnosis may give you new information about your story. You get to decide what you want to do with that understanding.

We provide various levels of support, including individual therapy and interactive workshops. To learn more or get started, visit https://onepiphanylane.com/focus-lane to explore Focus Lane.

Independence can be valuable, but doing everything alone isn't always a sign of strength. Sometimes strength looks like recognizing your limits and allowing someone else to support you.

Asking for help can look different for everyone. It might mean talking with someone you trust, reaching out to a mental health professional, or simply saying, “I'm having a hard time and I don't know what I need yet.”

You don't need to have the perfect words before you ask for support. You just have to start somewhere.

Clinical supervision is more than a professional requirement. It is an opportunity to continue developing the skills, judgment, and self-awareness that shape clinical practice.

Effective supervision creates space for clinicians to reflect on their work, strengthen clinical reasoning, navigate ethical considerations, and continue growing as professionals.

Professional development doesn't stop at licensure. Strong clinical practice requires continued learning.

Therapy doesn't have to begin with the belief that something about you needs to be fixed. Sometimes, therapy is about understanding patterns that developed for a reason, exploring how your experiences shaped you, and learning new ways to respond.

It can be a space to ask:
• Why do I respond this way?
• What do I actually need?
• Where did this pattern begin?
• What would feeling safer look like?

Therapy can create room for curiosity, self-understanding, and meaningful change. 💛

We get so used to answering “I’m fine” that sometimes we stop asking ourselves what we actually mean by it. 💭

Take a moment to check in:
• What has been taking the most energy lately?
• What emotions have you been carrying?
• What have you been avoiding because you feel overwhelmed?
• What kind of support would feel helpful right now?

A mental health check-in doesn't require a crisis. Sometimes, awareness is the first step toward making a meaningful change. 🌿

Clinical supervision is more than completing documentation or meeting a required number of hours. A supervisor has an opportunity to influence how a developing clinician thinks, practices, communicates, and understands their professional responsibility.

Effective supervision creates space for clinical reasoning, ethical reflection, feedback, and growth. It also requires supervisors to remain curious about their own role in the supervisory relationship.

If we're training clinicians, we should be intentional about how we lead them.
