Due to the need for social distancing due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), and after thinking long and hard about this situation, we’ve decided to close the physical office to avoid contact as of April 3, 2020.
However, we will still be available to our customers and clients, as we know life doesn’t stop!!

FAQs:
Q: I need to make a payment or renew my policy!�
A: No problem! Call or text us with your name and credit/debit card number. We can text or email you your confirmation number.
Q: I need to make a payment or renew my policy, BUT I don’t have a debit or credit card.�
A: We can also accept Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle.
Q: I just need a copy of my ID card or taxes.�
A: We can e-mail or text you a copy, just text us your name and where to send it (e-mail/text).
Q: I need to add/remove a car.
A: Text us the name on the policy and the VIN number of the car you want to add, or the make/model of the car you want to remove.
Q: I need a quote for car insurance!�
A: Text, call, or e-mail us the following information: your name, ID/DL/MX number, DOB, address, VIN numbers, type of coverage (liability/full coverage), other driver information (DOB/license info), if you own a home or have at least 6 months of proof of insurance, and your phone number. We’ll contact you with a quote to discuss your options.
Q: I need a quote for home insurance!�
A: Text, call, or e-mail us the following information: your name, address, and type of coverage you need for your home, as well as your phone number. We’ll contact you as well and discuss the quote.
Q: I need to cancel a policy.�
A: Call us! Different companies have different requirements to cancel the policy.
Q: I’m trying to find out where my tax refund is.�
A: Go to https://www.irs.gov/refunds and you’ll need the following information: Social Security #, filing status (single/married filing join/head of household/etc), and total refund amount. If you need any of this information, call us at 214-707-8755 and we can help you.
Q: I need to sign some documents for my insurance.�
A: Call us, and we can e-mail you a link for where to e-sign the documents right from your phone or computer.
Q: I had an accident! What do I do?
A: �Collect the following information from the person you had an accident with: ID, insurance information, contact information, photos of the damage to BOTH cars, location of the accident, and the police report if made. If you aren’t at fault, contact the insurance company for the other person’s insurance company otherwise, contact your insurance company. The phone number is on your ID card.
Q: I need a letter typed up.�
A: Call us! We can’t notarize any documents, but we can type them up and e-mail them to you.
** Unfortunately, the following services will not be available due to being out of the office:� Notary services, faxing, or copies. **

Saturday and Sunday we will not be available
