Sometimes you just gotta surrender! Not that’s surface level throwing your hands up surrender but the kind that requires you to release all control.

Before a plane can take flight, there comes a moment when the pilot releases control and TRUSTS the systems designed to carry it.

Yet, so many Kingdom Women are trying to take off while still holding onto EVERYTHING.

The decisions.
The timeline.
The outcome.
The process.
The promise.

Baby everything! And as I’ve been sitting with God He told me “they must release control”

The weep in the room is a signal of weight being lifted.

As Visionaries, Kingdom CEOs, and Marketplace Ministers, we're often thinking about the next move, the next opportunity, the next strategy, and how to accelerate what God has placed in our hands.

But while the world celebrates speed and rewards hustle, what about the moments when we simply need room to breathe? Whew!

Room to catch our breath.
Room to allow what God said to fully resonate.
Room to process the season we're in, the lessons we're learning, and the direction we're being given.

Those are the moments we get to FEEL and be FILLED!

Sometimes it all makes sense when you finally have the space to exhale...and that's what makes this room different.

When I tell you this is the room that slows everything down long enough for you to breathe, hear clearly, and reconnect with what matters most.

When I tell you I'll play a prophetic instrumental in a minute and yield to the answers that are being released. You won't even know what happened between all those deep breaths lol.

The goal is to move with clarity and insight when it's time to TAKE FLIGHT!

There are women carrying vision, purpose, businesses, ministries, ideas, and assignments from God, yet the flow has felt restricted.

Fear.
Burnout.
Control.
Isolation.
Stagnation.

Some self-imposed!

In Ezekiel 47, the water kept increasing. It kept flowing. It kept bringing life everywhere it touched.

The flow was never meant to remain contained. It was meant to move, to bring life, and to reach beyond where it started.

The vision was always meant to grow.
The assignment was always meant to impact more than you anddd those you are called to.

Declare this with me:

➡️ The dam must break so the flow can return.
➡️ The dam must break so healing can reach places that have been dry.
➡️ The dam must break so clarity can come.
➡️ The dam must break so I can stop striving for victory and begin building from it.
➡️ The dam must break so what God has cultivated can become visible.
➡️ The dam must break so movement can gain velocity.
➡️ The dam must break so what has been restricted can take flight.

The dam must break and levees must lift...prepare for OVERFLOW ummkay!

UNRESTRICTED 2026 we shall see overflow! There will be evidence!

The reason we’re spending time on systems, sales, visibility, and positioning is because these were some of the most common themes in the applications and it’s in alignment with what God said to move from sustaining to soaring!

You said you’re for greater visibility but want clarity on how to show up. You said that you know God has called you to a bigger level of impact and influence, but you need strategy to match the vision.

You talked about wanting more consistent income, more sales and the ability to create legacy, freedom, and provision from what God placed in your hands.

Some rooms give you information, some inspiration and motivation.

And thennnn there are rooms that give you an ENCOUNTER.

As I looked around the room, I knew these women were not there by accident. God handpicked them. Hand-selected them. You could feel the expectancy. You could feel that something deeper was happening.

That’s the thing about UNRESTRICTED. It’s never just an event and I don’t plan on change that. This is an experience and encounter.

Rooms like this don’t just gather women, they awaken determination, activate vision, and accelerate your next.

When Merilyn stepped into the room, she was carrying a lot

She knew there were areas of her life that needed to be released. She knew some things couldn’t go to the next level with her. But honestly? She didn’t fully know how to let it go.

During the conference, she responded to an altar call, received a word, and made a decision to trust God with the very thing shame kept trying to silence...her story!

In real time, she saw and felt things break off of her quickly...that’s what happens when you step into a room that’s saturated.

In due time and in God's timing of course!

But can I just tell you that those God will indeed call you to make some of those private things public as He prepares you to lead others.

My God!

It's not always easy but it's worth it to obey!

Reflect on what stories you feel like God is calling you to share and see how they connect with the audience He is calling you to serve.

Somehow, they always connect!

There is nothing casual about the women I encounter.

You are the women I’ve prayed for…the women God has shown me.

The ones I’ve put my plate down for, interceded for, cried over, and called forth into a new level.

So when you show up at an event, when you sign up to work with me, or when our paths cross in real life, I don’t take it lightly.

I’m always in awe of God because I know what it felt like when you were first in my spirit before you were ever in my presence.

Even now, as I pray for the women coming to TAKE FLIGHT at UNRESTRICTED, God is showing me faces. Allowing me to hear names.

Some of you, I’ve even reached out to personally because deep in my spirit, I know God is calling you to the room. Spirit recognizes spirit…and when there is alignment, Holy Spirit will make it known.

I can’t even count the number of people who have told me I was in their dream or God told them to work with me…or attend an event. The confirmations and endless.

That’s why I always tell people to pray about it. Because this has never just been networking, business, cash, or another conference to me.

This is obedience, intercession and answered prayers.

And I’m grateful that I get to see what God said.

So if you know in your spirit we’re supposed to be connected, don’t ignore it. Pray about it!

You know what God showed you. You know there’s more attached to your name, your story, your voice, your business.

But whew…trying to build it while also trying to figure it out at the same time can wear you out.

Especially when you KNOW you have the expertise, the experience, the heart, and the anointing for what you do, but the visibility, positioning, and sales still don’t fully reflect the weight of what you carry yet.

You’re not just looking for “regular” rooms and conferences any more where people just talk at you. You need the activation station that merges faith, vision, and business.

You’re a founder and a leaders who is anointed and ready to USE what’s in you on another level. You need a room that can make space for that too…one that’s not competing with you.
