If travel stopped you from getting in the UNRESTRICTED experience in RDU, I have something for you!

Two days ago, I asked a my audience question…

“If I opened a live Strategy Room and taught the same frameworks/lessins I’ll be teaching at UNRESTRICTED, would you want a seat, and the answer was YES!

I felt lead to open the zoom on 8/18!

I woke up the next morning around and all of a sudden I realized…the room is on 8/18.

Immediately, Deuteronomy 8:18 came into my spirit:

“Remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth.” I couldn’t get past the word ability.

I started thinking about all the women I’ve worked with over the years. They already have the gifts. They already have the anointing. They’ve already launched the business, the ministry, the nonprofit, the coaching practice, the podcast, or the service.

The ability has never really been the issue.

The issue is that ability still needs strategy, structure, and stewardship.

➡️It needs a blueprint to come back to.
➡️It needs systems that create consistency.
➡️It needs positioning so people immediately understand your value.
➡️It needs the confidence to communicate what God entrusted to you.

Today I asked my audience one simple question…

What’s the cost of waiting another year and NOT receiving what you desire from the room?

Sometimes waiting is way more expensive than investing.

Because sometimes we become so focused on the investment that we never stop to calculate the cost of staying the SAME.

Another year carrying the vision alone.

Another year trying to figure out what to build first.

Another year praying for clarity while holding every piece of the vision in your head.

Another year of being called to multiple spaces and choosing to stay in the same one.

The truth is, waiting has a cost too.

It was a call to make a move in their lives and also toward the room where those limits come off and those desires take off! New altitudes are upon us.

This year we’re creating blueprint, visibility plans, and mapping our positioning so we can multiply.

The fastest way to become RESTRICTED is believing it's your responsibility to make everything work.

And here’s the thing, it usually happens without you even realizing it. The moment the outcome doesn't look exactly how you imagined, you quietly pick up more responsibility.

Somewhere along the way, you started believing that if the vision was going to move, you had to push it. If the business was going to grow, you had to go harder.

If the door was going to open, you had to find the key, build the hallway, knock loud enough, and then hold the door open for everybody else too. My God!

Been there and it’s so easy to get there when you want to see what He said!

You start making decisions like everything depends on your hands, your timing, your strategy, your strength, and your ability to hold it all together.

And can I go deeper? It not only places restrictions on you, it also places restrictions on God.

Because when you take full responsibility for making everything work, you leave very little room for divine timing, divine provision, divine connections, divine strategy, and divine acceleration.

You start partnering more with control than with trust, and then wonder why the thing God gave you feels heavier than it should. My Goddddd!

Visionary, do your job and let God do His.

Your job is obedience. Stewardship. Preparation. Implementation. Showing up. Building with wisdom. Moving when He says move and stopping when He says stop.

God's job is the wind. The favor. The provision. The timing. The increase. The connections. The doors no man can shut.

You don't have to be God over what God gave you.
Take the limits off!

She came expecting to learn about business….and she did. But before we ever got to the strategy, God did what only He could do.

I've learned something over the years…you can give someone the best blueprint in the world, but if God wants to deal with the heart first, that's exactly what He's going to do.

That's the kind of room UNRESTRICTED is…its WILD! A room where God can interrupt the agenda because He knows exactly what His daughters need.

This year we’re focusing more heavily on business, marketplace, and vision so you should come expecting business strategy, positioning, visibility, and systems…you'll absolutely receive them.

But don't be surprised if God touches something much deeper first. Because when He heals and reveals everything you’re building begins to change.

Sometimes you just gotta surrender! Not that’s surface level throwing your hands up surrender but the kind that requires you to release all control.

Before a plane can take flight, there comes a moment when the pilot releases control and TRUSTS the systems designed to carry it.

Yet, so many Kingdom Women are trying to take off while still holding onto EVERYTHING.

The decisions.
The timeline.
The outcome.
The process.
The promise.

Baby everything! And as I’ve been sitting with God He told me “they must release control”

The weep in the room is a signal of weight being lifted.

Get ready ladies, you’re about to leave lighter!

This year, we're moving from carrying the weight to trusting the One who called us to take flight.

The runway is already prepared. The question is: What do you need to release before God can take you higher?

As Visionaries, Kingdom CEOs, and Marketplace Ministers, we're often thinking about the next move, the next opportunity, the next strategy, and how to accelerate what God has placed in our hands.

But while the world celebrates speed and rewards hustle, what about the moments when we simply need room to breathe? Whew!

Room to catch our breath.
Room to allow what God said to fully resonate.
Room to process the season we're in, the lessons we're learning, and the direction we're being given.

Those are the moments we get to FEEL and be FILLED!

Sometimes it all makes sense when you finally have the space to exhale...and that's what makes this room different.

When I tell you this is the room that slows everything down long enough for you to breathe, hear clearly, and reconnect with what matters most.

When I tell you I'll play a prophetic instrumental in a minute and yield to the answers that are being released. You won't even know what happened between all those deep breaths lol.

The goal is to move with clarity and insight when it's time to TAKE FLIGHT!
