Our fellow franchise in Kansas City recently took on a massive project: 21 break rooms and 4 storage areas at Lockton Companies, a company of 1,400 employees. What they found? Decades of mystery Tupperware, forgotten mugs, and cabinets packed to the brim.

The result — clear bins, drawer dividers, condiment caddies, and a system so functional that a full year later, not a single thing has had to change.
