Some talks stay with you long after the event ends.

Grateful to Agarwal Gupta for inviting me to the event

2026 POWER Leadership Forum , where author of Red Helicopter shared a compelling framework around kindness, math, agency, systems, joy, and leadership.

One story that deeply resonated with me was how genuinely caring for employees' safety and wellbeing led to investing in something as simple as better lighting systems — reducing employee injuries, lowering insurance costs, improving morale, strengthening trust, and ultimately impacting profitability.

A powerful reminder that kindness is not a "soft skill."It directly impacts business outcomes.

In a world increasingly shaped by Al and automation, deeply human leadership may become the most irreplaceable advantage of all.

Interestingly, many of the skills projected by the World Economic Forum for 2030 - resilience, curiosity, creativity, empathy, agility, influence, and analytical thinking — are profoundly human capabilities.

How many women carry life’s constant demands—at work and at home—on their own, when simply reaching out for support or guidance could ease the load instead of isolating them?
