We live in a world where we have visibility into an abundance of people on social media, and it creates a false narrative. People generally only share the positive aspects of their lives, or we only see the polished versions. Then we play the comparison game of where they are versus us. But we really can't see behind the scenes.

Instead of looking online to see where people are compared to each other, we should look internally. Focus on ourselves and getting 1% better every day.
