Hey Gang! I wanted to highlight what you can expect at The Morning Curve Workshop happening next weekend, 4/27, at Southwest Mind and Body.
If you follow me on instagram you've probably seen my morning videos - don't I look beautiful? ;) haha... I'm a huge advocate of this precious time and in my opinion - when it comes to accomplishing those big goals - this is where the big pivot happens.
So what kind of movement are you going to learn? .. The grounding set will teach you breath-based movements that condition the whole body including a simple Tai Chi form. Really great for knees, low back and shoulders. .. The peaceful routine will use stretches based on myofascial trains to break up major points of tension. Knowing this in your body is HUGE for self-healing. .. The energetic combo will focus on lymphatic drainage to break up sore and inflamed joints. Also super affective during allergy season!
Will I make you sit still and meditate? No! There are accessible bridges to formal meditation and we'll break down those too.
And don't forget, there are several ways to be apart of the book launch…
