DX400 owners.
There have been some printing quality issues with the DX400W. To better address these concerns, Fujifilm has added a new Maintenance Tool, which is now available on the Fujifilm website. Please see the link below; on the download page, there is a section called Printer Driver / Maintenance Tool.

These guides below demonstrate the proper use of the tools for print head alignment and paper feed adjustment and should assist in resolving printing quality issues.

Please note that effective March 1st, 2026 Fujifilm is having a price adjustment on all silver halide products (AGX). Reasons for this adjustment are attributed to the rising cost of silver. All items below will be adjusted as follows:
• 12% Fuji AGX papers: CA, DPII, Supreme, Pearl, Silk, Velvet, Cut Sheets, & Maxima
• 8% Fuji Chemicals: RA4, C41, and E6 chemicals
• **Note there are no changes to DX and DL inkjet papers and DX/DL inks
The last day we will allow orders to be shipped before the adjustment will be Friday February 27.
