The best advice I have for leaders is to LISTEN.

Pay attention to everyone you interact with and be an active consumer of humans.

Try to surround yourself with people who are massively empathetic and put it into practical use.

Don’t talk, just listen.

Life is a balance of “being” and “doing” ... yet when we speak of “front porch sitting”, it conjures an image of rocking chairs as an activity just for old folks.

But, is “being” time only for those without enough to do?
