Two years ago, I stepped out to help people and see if I had what it takes to run a business. Along the way, I got to work with people who believed in me—Lauren Silich was one of them. Working with her made me realize I’d found my spot.

Mollus Consulting has taught me so much—yes, I can run a business, and yes, I really do love being the right hand—a role I’ve naturally gravitated toward.

Looking back, it’s incredible to see how saying yes to Chick-fil-A almost 12 years ago has led me here and prepared me for this next step. As 2026 approaches, I’m honored to step into the COO role at The Frontlines and continue doing the work I love.

Things are shifting—in the best way possible! Stay tuned! 👀

Two years ago, I took a giant leap of faith and opened my business (pic #2). I just wanted to help people, come alongside business owners, and make a real difference.

Recently, we had a date night to talk through upcoming shifts (pic #1)—because in our home, no one walks alone. It reminded me how steady Trent has been through every season. He believes in me, points out my blind spots, and always knows when to push or cheer me on.

Everyone needs a Trent in their life. I’m so thankful he’s the one by my side.

I first met Anna when she interned to help with Spirit Nights and family events at Chick-fil-A in Minnesota. Now we’ve crossed paths again (welcome to Texas, Anna!), and I found myself still so proud of her heart for people. Eight years later, I’m still a fan and cheering her on.

It got me thinking about the people in my own journey — mentors, clients, colleagues, and communities who’ve trusted Mollus Consulting along the way. There have been challenges and lessons, but each step has reminded me why I do this work—to meet people where they are and come alongside them to make a difference.

I hope this week you get a little time with the people you love, eat more than you probably should, and make space to appreciate what you’re grateful for. 🦃✨🤎

As my business has ramped up (and I’m so very thankful), morning walks have become a priority. They help me clear my head—and honestly, that in itself is worth it.

Years ago, when I first thought about working for Chick-fil-A, my honest response was, “It’s not my pleasure.” I didn’t get why people loved it.

Then it clicked:
It’s about people.
It’s about care.
It’s about doing excellent work.

A huge shoutout to my friend Diane — she introduced me to Chick-fil-A, and we even shared a Marketing Director role. Pictured here is us at our very first Spirit Night — and 12 years later, we caught up in the mountains with our families. So grateful for her support and for pushing me to try something new.

Fast forward, I’m now helping Operators and their teams tell their stories. Recently, I finished two business plans that stretched me but reminded me why this work matters.

Growth isn’t always fun, but seeing others step into their calling makes it worth it. If you’re building or stretching right now — keep going. Your story is unfolding.

It was my first marketing training with Chick-fil-A, and I sat next to Kaitlin. I noticed a tattoo on her arm—John 15:13—and during an icebreaker, I asked her about it. She told me it was in memory of her big brother, Nick, who lost his life in Afghanistan fighting for our freedom.

“There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” – John 15:13

This Memorial Day, I hope you’ll take a moment to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Today, I’m thinking of Kaitlin and the Uzenski family.
