Great things are happening!!!!
We have a new scheduling system on the website, https://keepingthepeacellc.com
You are able to pick your times, dates and locations. You must get the agreement from the opposing side for any visitations scheduled. All visitations must be scheduled and paid for 7 days in advance, notices must be given in writing by email.
During this transition period, starting on Monday 7/17/2023 you have 5 days to schedule and pay for visitations. Starting on Friday 7/21/2023 all visitations must be scheduled and paid 7 days in advance.
It is the party’s responsibility to sign up on the online scheduling system, not the supervisor’s.
Any failure to notify the custodial parent of the scheduled visitation may cause the visitation to be canceled and incur the FULL FEE. Scheduling a visitation on the wrong date could cause the visitation to be canceled, and the fee may not be refunded if not done timely.
This new scheduling system is not controlled by us, it is done by a third party. We will not be able to make exceptions for any payment or scheduling with less than 7 days’ notice after 7/21/2023.
Scheduling visitation is a four step process:
1) Coordinate time, date and location with the opposing side (if no agreement can be made, contact your attorney).
2) Schedule visitation on the website.
3) Pay for the visitation.
4) Notify the opposing side of the confirmed visitation.
Failure to do any of the above steps timely will cause your visitation to not occur. Any failure to notify the custodial parent of the scheduled visitation may cause the visitation to be canceled and incur the FULL FEE.
