For the past few months, some players have experienced delays in receiving replies from our side. Sometimes responses may arrive late, occasionally even taking more than an hour. We want to assure you that we always try our best to reply to every customer within seconds.
Technically, this issue is not from our side. It is mainly due to new updates AI and features introduced by Meta (Facebook) itself that affect business platforms such as gaming pages and other businesses. Because of these changes, some customer chats appear as blocked on our dashboard, which makes it impossible for us to send replies directly at that time.
To solve this problem, we have implemented a third-party source application that allows us to reply to customers whose chats appear blocked on Meta. Using this system, we can usually send a reply within 30 seconds to 1 minute.
In some cases, Meta also sends customer messages directly to the spam folder. Because of this, we may not notice the message immediately. Once we check and find it, we respond through the third-party application. This can sometimes cause a delay of a few minutes or occasionally longer.
