Ann Sattar: Living Life Restored

Ann Sattar: Living Life Restored I know what it feels like to be exhausted and stuck in relationships. There's more for you than this. πŸ’›πŸŒΏ

As an Attachment Healing Coach I help faith-filled women heal their relationship with themselves, others and God. People talk about the need to let go and move on with your life, but they don't tell how that's supposed to happen. I help people who have experienced a painful loss in their lives recover from the pain of that loss. Instead of playing the same message in your head, we will begin to cr

eate a new message. We'll untangle the mass of emotions and begin to move forward. That doesn't mean forgetting someone special to you but moving forward from the pain. Our structured and action-based method allows for deep and meaningful recovery. Join me on a journey that teaches you how to recover from the pain caused by a loss with supportive guidance every step of the way. We live with the loss but can recover from the grief that keeps us stuck in a place of perpetual emotional pain.

Quick question and I really want to know your answer. πŸ‘‡
What's the ONE thing about relationships you wish someone had taught you earlier in life?
For me it was this β€” you cannot pour from an empty cup and calling it sacrifice doesn't make it sustainable.
Drop yours in the comments. I have a feeling this is going to be a good conversation. πŸ’›

Here's something that might change how you see yourself today. πŸ‘‡
Anxiety in relationships isn't a personality flaw.
It's usually a very logical response to an environment that felt unpredictable or unsafe β€” often way back in childhood before you even knew what was happening.
Your nervous system learned to stay on high alert to protect you.
It worked then.
But now it shows up as: β€” Overanalyzing texts β€” Needing constant reassurance β€” Saying yes when you mean no β€” Feeling responsible for everyone else's emotions
That's not who you ARE. That's a pattern you LEARNED.
And what was learned can be unlearned. 🌿
Are any of these showing up in your relationships right now? Tell me in the comments. πŸ‘‡

You're not needy. You're not too much. You're not broken.
You're a woman who learned to love people who didn't always know how to love you back.
And somewhere in all of that you lost yourself a little bit.
Maybe a lot.
If this is you β€” I want you to know something. That pattern didn't start with you and it doesn't have to end with you.
There is healing on the other side of this. Real, deep, faith-filled healing.
And you deserve it. πŸ’›
Save this if you needed to hear it today. Share it for the woman in your life who needs it too.

Have you ever walked away from a conversation and immediately started replaying it in your mind? Wondering if you said the wrong thing, if they misunderstood you, or if you somehow pushed them away?
In this video, we talk about why you replay conversations in your head and what’s really happening beneath that pattern. Many people assume this kind of overthinking means they’re insecure, too sensitive, or β€œjust bad at relationships.” But often, this reaction is connected to attachment patterns and how your nervous system learned to protect connection.
