Can you slowly loose your mucus plug? I’ve gone to the restroom twice and there’s been two thicker than usual things in the toilet.

1 centimeter still

Contractions are very strong and close together, I won’t be able to sleep

I have been having so so so much pro-dromal labor! Does that mean I might go into labor soon? :) lol or does it have no correlation?

I had lightning crotch last time, but I don’t think it was until much later. And I don’t think it was this bad.

This year, we’re proud to support Delighted to Doula Birth Services, a Dallas-based nonprofit dedicated to providing free postpartum doula care, lactation support, and community-based education to Black and underserved families across Dallas County. 💜

Our hearts have been heavy this week as we’ve watched the flooding across Texas, especially knowing that some of our clients and colleagues have children who were at Camp Mystic.⁣
