Progress continues at Eastline Residences as the JNT Construction team advances framing, mechanical coordination, and preparation for the next inspection milestone.

🔹 Framing & Structural Backing
The framing team is completing structural backing and blocking at the remaining dropped-ceiling headers, preparing the areas for the next phase of drywall and finishes.

🔹 HVAC Progress
The mechanical team is installing revised exhaust ductwork in accordance with updated engineering direction, keeping the work aligned with project requirements.

🔹 Field Coordination
JNT’s Senior Superintendent was on site overseeing trade production, verifying installation, and coordinating the revised mechanical work.

Clean room construction requires precision at every stage. From containment and airtightness to HVAC performance and infrastructure coordination, every detail matters when the finished environment must meet strict operational standards.

At Hillstone Pharma, the JNT Construction team is moving through a critical phase focused on containment, HVAC performance, and final infrastructure coordination.

🔹 Containment & Clean Room Envelope
Our team is completing a comprehensive seal-off review to identify and address areas requiring airtight sealing before final closeout.

🔹 HVAC & Airflow Balancing
Overhead ductwork connections are progressing, while the TAB team is performing airflow measurements, balancing, and pressure differential calibration throughout the facility.

🔹 Client Coordination & Scope Management
During our weekly progress review and client walk, JNT identified additional operational requirements that need to be incorporated before final wall and ceiling closeout.

Addressing these requirements early helps minimize rework, maintain schedule momentum, and ensure the facility is prepared for commissioning.

🏗️ PROJECT PROGRESS: ALLOY FITNESS

Another productive day on the Alloy Fitness build out, with multiple trades working in coordination to keep the project moving toward the next major milestone.

🔨 Framing & Drywall
The framing team completed the remaining in wall framing and blocking. Single sided sheetrock is being installed strategically, allowing critical areas to remain visible for inspection while drywall production continues.

⚡ Electrical Rough In
The electrical crew is focused on above ceiling rough in, including overhead conduit, high bay junction boxes, and fixture whips. The team is also coordinating these installations with the HVAC system to prevent conflicts before ceiling areas are closed.

📋 Inspection Ready
The municipal framing rough inspection is officially scheduled for tomorrow. With framing, backing, and rough MEP pathways prepared, the project is positioned for the inspector walkthrough.

🏗️ PROJECT PROGRESS | EASTLINE RESIDENCES | DALLAS, TX

Construction progress isn’t just about what gets built today. It’s about how effectively the entire team manages scope, inspections, coordination, and potential roadblocks along the way.

Today’s progress included:

✅ Lobby leasing desk framing completed
✅ Golf Simulator framing advancing to architectural specifications
✅ HVAC rough-in progressing toward completion
✅ JNT Superintendent completed an on-site quality and progress review
✅ Inspection requirements identified and immediately addressed

During today’s City of Dallas inspection, a procedural requirement was identified requiring the Plumbing and HVAC Rough-In inspections to be conducted concurrently.

Rather than allowing this to become a schedule issue, the JNT Construction team immediately coordinated the next steps with the trades. Plumbing is ready, HVAC is completing its remaining rough-in work, and the combined inspection will be scheduled once the mechanical scope reaches completion.

This is where strong construction management makes a difference.

Our role as a General Contractor is not simply to manage subcontractors. It is to continuously monitor the project, identify potential obstacles, coordinate solutions, and keep every stakeholder aligned toward the next milestone.

🏗️ From Empty Space to High-Performance Training Facility

🚧 WEEKLY PROJECT PROGRESS | Hillstone Pharma

We’re making strong progress at Hillstone Pharma, with several critical scopes reaching major milestones.

🔥 Fire Suppression: 100% Complete
The fire suppression subcontractor has completed its full scope, including sprinkler line runs and clean room head drops. The team is now moving through the final GC quality walkthrough before final billing approval.

❄️ HVAC & Containment Hoods
The mechanical team continues wrapping ductwork to meet insulation requirements while containment hood installation and positioning move toward completion.

🧪 Smoke Testing & Coordination
The HVAC smoke test was strategically rescheduled to avoid interfering with active containment hood installation. This coordination keeps the work moving while protecting the quality of the installation.

📅 Next Up:
The HVAC team will spend next week venting the installed containment hoods, followed by Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) operations.

At JNT Construction, complex projects require more than ex*****on. They require constant coordination, field verification, quality control, and smart scheduling decisions to keep every trade aligned with the critical path.

🏗️ Behind the Build: Renovation at Eastline Residences in Dallas

What happens on a construction site before the walls go up?

A lot of decisions.

At Eastline Residences in Dallas, our JNT Construction team is deep into the renovation, and today was all about precision, coordination, and keeping the project moving.

🔧 Plumbing: Finalized routing and tie-in locations for overhead vent stacks.

🌬️ HVAC: Field-verified modified locations for exhaust air and outside air penetrations.

⚡ Electrical: Confirmed placement and feeder pathways for the 480V electrical panels.

And while the engineering details were being finalized, our framing team was already putting those decisions into action.

The team began framing the social lounge reception counter and continued building the recessed ceiling feature above the leasing reception desk.

This is what effective construction management looks like.

It’s not simply about following a set of plans. It’s about being in the field, identifying conflicts early, coordinating with engineers and trades, and making sure every decision supports the next phase of construction.

Verify. Coordinate. Build. Repeat.
