Bravo Kilo Advisors

Bravo Kilo Advisors Prior to becoming a Federal Agent, Brad was a Dallas police officer for five years and a member of Dallas SWAT.

Brad has a wealth of leadership and operational experience as a career law enforcement officer and senior leader with over 33 years of experience in management and tactical K9 operations. As a federal agent for over 28 years in Denver, Washington/Baltimore and finally Dallas, Brad mastered how to negotiate at gun-point with positive results for he and his team mates. His command-presence, along wi

th both of his police K9s, ensured his team mates and citizens across the US, would remain safe. Those same negotiation skills and command-presence, allow Brad to now have impactful conversations with business owners who are looking for exit strategies, continuity of operations planning and strategies to provide wealth. Brad’s education, reputation and experience brings a commitment to Bravo Kilo Advisors as exemplified in his dedicated service to our nation. After retiring from the federal government, Brad worked for a local M&A firm where he learned the basics of business transactions. With a year under his belt, Brad encouraged the VP of business development to create their own firm and that firm was started. Fast forward four years and Brad saw the opportunity to create Bravo Kilo Advisors. Brad has surrounded himself at Bravo Kilo with some of the sharpest minds in the business consulting and advisory spectrum. Brad returned to Dallas approximately eleven years ago where he and his wife Robin, along with their two children and grand daughter, reside. He is involved with Make-A-Wish and The Akron Children’s Hospital Burn Center in Akron, Ohio, where Brad and an associate have sponsored a yearly motocross event raising money since 1999. Brad is currently involved in the Ten More Talents non-profit organization in Dallas, TX. Brad and his wife love spending personal time with family and they attend Hope Fellowship Church in Frisco.

Honored to be part of Leia’s Kids. Hope you can make it.

This is one of our favorite days of the year. Truly. 🍀

The McKinney St. Patrick’s Day Beer Walk is coming up on March 14th in Downtown McKinney, and once again, a portion of the proceeds will support our Leia’s Kids families.

If you’ve ever wanted a simple, tangible way to show up for kids battling childhood cancer, this is such a sweet way to do it.

We’re looking for volunteers to help us make the day happen. As a thank you, every volunteer will receive an event t-shirt and two complimentary tickets to any 2026 SBG event.

We’re so grateful to SBG Hospitality for hosting us for the second year in a row. It means more than we can say. This event has quickly become something we look forward to every single year.

It’s fun. It’s meaningful. And it helps real families who are walking through really hard things.
