Earn $16.00 per hour working from home*
You will be a Part-time hire for Bid Save Buy, working as an independent contractor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Handling inbound & outbound calls using PC, keyboard, and headsets according to training.
*Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
*Serve callers by identifying their needs, collecting and clarifying information.
*Making outbound calls
*Use a CRM customer management system.
REQUIREMENTS
*Be at least 18 yrs of age.
*Live in Costa Rica.
*Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
*Demonstrate the ability to type at a minimum of 30 words per minute.
*Be able to work independently while multitasking and focusing on tasks.
*Provide a dedicated home workspace free from interruptions and distractions.
*Have basic computer skills.
* Use a CRM Customer relationship management program; training provided.
*Additional qualifications Have a clear,
English speaking voice.
COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS
*Processor: Minimum Pentium i5 Quad-core or better.
*Memory (RAM): 8GB Minimum.
*Microsoft Windows 8

INTERNET REQUIREMENTS
*A stable internet connection.
