Hey guys, this is another water mitigation project we completed in Frisco.
The homeowner thought they had a roof leak, but after inspection, we found the issue was actually coming from the bathroom. Once we opened everything up, we discovered major mold damage caused by a slow leak from a pipe the builder accidentally nailed during construction.
We had to remove the bathroom flooring, tile, drywall, insulation, and parts of the master bedroom to fully remediate the damage. The full demo took us two days to complete.
One small mistake ended up causing major damage for the homeowner. If you need help with water damage or mold remediation, give us a call.
