As the founder of - my ops are actually handled. So when I show up for a discovery call (which I will only take a few more of before someone else steps in and owns that too!!) I get to be comfortable and know everything on the backend is handled.

Hiring a Partnerships Manager 🥰

The role will start with some clear goals and deliverables and exist to cultivate current partnerships and pursue new partnerships as a part of our referral program and collaborations in our community.

Contracted to start between 10-15 hours monthly with a rote TBD, around $25-35/hr and optional commissions or bonus structure.

You ideally have familiarity with online business, the agency model, and ideally experience with sales and/or sponsorship/partner recruitment. 💃🏼

Adulting in your business means using a task manager, even if you feel like you “don’t need it”

Truthfully you will not grow, and scaling will be difficult, if you do not lay the infrastructure

Red flags are as follows:

🚩everything lives in your head or across several disjointed locations that you may or may not be able to relocate over time
🚩you have no written process or map for someone to follow in routine and key areas like client onboarding
🚩you think you don’t need a project management tool or that you are somehow immune from needing one because your business and you are somehow special or different (I give this one two red flags 😏🚩🚩)

Thank you to every friend, client, advocate and challenge that’s been a part of the journey. ❤️

2019 is where it all started. 6 months after baby number 2. 🧒🏻👧🏻

2020 (yes, during covid) was when I started to hire team 🥹📈 amidst navigating deep personal loss 💔

2021 🎉🤑first six figure year and one of the first systems pros to be certified in as a specialist

2022 hired my first OBM to manage the team and truly be an agency owner/founder 🙏🏻

2023 level up on brand shoot, website and brand redesign, consistent and stable growth 📸

2024 baby #3 and first maternity leave as business owner, started a local event tour attending in person events and deepening my network 💃🏼

2025 my first year to host my own in person events + first year to work 1:1 with a business coach

2026 ✨I’ve got my eye on you
