Next Stage Coaching
Anytime you are asking “What’s next?--

Life doesn’t slow down to ask if you’re ready. Whether you’re navigating retirement, loss, a career change, or another major transition — you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Next Chapter Coaching is built for exactly these moments. Using the Synchronous Life System™, we address all six dimensions of who you are — spiritual, physical, emotional, relational, intellectual, and occupational — because transitions touch everything.

I work with individuals at every stage of life, and with the families who love them. For you. For your adult children. For your grandchildren.

The first conversation is free.

**Slide 1**
Hey, I’m Ken Crawford. I’m a leadership and life coach, and I want to talk to you about something I call Next Chapter Coaching. Because here’s what I know — life doesn’t slow down to ask if you’re ready. Whether you’re stepping into retirement, navigating a loss, watching your kids struggle through a career change, or helping a grandchild figure out what comes next — transitions are hard. And most people try to walk through them alone. That’s what I’m here to change. Every chapter deserves a guide. And that’s exactly what I do.

-----

**Slide 2**
So who is Next Chapter Coaching for? Honestly — three generations.

First, it’s for you. If you’re entering retirement and wondering what’s next. If you’ve lost a spouse and you’re trying to find your footing again. If you’ve relocated, downsized, or had a health change that shifted your whole sense of identity — coaching gives you a safe space to process all of that and move forward with clarity.

Second, it’s for your adult children. If your son or daughter is burned out, going through a divorce, lost a job, or just feels stuck at 40 — they need more than advice. They need someone in their corner with a framework and a plan.

And third — your grandchildren. That college-to-career transition is harder than it’s ever been. Relationship decisions, identity questions, figuring out what they actually want out of life — a coach can make an enormous difference at that stage.

-----

**Slide 3**
Here’s what I want you to understand. Coaching isn’t just for when things are broken. Coaching works best when life is already in motion — when you’re at a threshold and you need help moving through it well.

Retirement. Career change. Grief and loss. Divorce. Widowhood. Remarriage. Relocation. Empty nest. College to career. Health shifts. Leadership transitions. Identity and purpose questions. These are the moments where having a skilled guide changes everything.

I’ve walked through many of these personally, and I’ve coached hundreds of people through them professionally. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

-----

**Slide 4**
You don’t have to navigate life’s biggest changes alone.

I mean that. I’ve seen what happens when people try — the circling, the second-guessing, the isolation. And I’ve seen what happens when they have the right guide and a proven framework. Transitions become launchpads. Not just something to survive — something to build from.

That’s the work. That’s what I show up to do every single day.

-----

**Slide 5**
What makes my coaching different is the framework underneath it. I use something called the Synchronous Life System — the SLS. And the core idea is this: life’s transitions don’t just touch one area of your life. They ripple through everything.

Your sense of spiritual purpose. Your physical energy. Your emotional resilience. Your relationships. Your intellectual engagement. Your sense of occupation and calling and legacy. All six of those domains are affected when life changes — and all six need to be addressed.

That’s why coaching with me isn’t just about your career or your emotions in isolation. It’s about the whole person. And we start with an assessment that maps exactly where you are across all six areas — so we focus on what actually matters most right now.

From there, the process is simple. We start with a free discovery call — thirty minutes, no obligation. Then we do the SLS assessment together. Then we move into regular one-on-one coaching sessions — in person, by phone, or by video, whatever works for you. And throughout the process, I’m with you between sessions too — accountability, resources, and real-time support as your situation evolves.

-----

**Slide 6**
Here’s something I want to plant in your mind. Coaching sessions make an incredible gift.

Think about someone you love who’s struggling right now. Maybe it’s your daughter going through a divorce. Maybe it’s your son who lost his job and can’t seem to find his footing. Maybe it’s a grandchild who’s finishing college and has no idea what they want to do next.

The best thing you can give them isn’t a thing. It’s a guide.

I offer gift packages specifically for this — for adult children, for grandchildren, for anyone in your life you want to invest in. One conversation could genuinely change the trajectory of where they’re headed. And that’s a gift that lasts.

-----

**Slide 7**
So here’s what I want you to do. Take the next step. It costs you nothing.

Call me directly at 469-458-0085. Or visit kengcrawford.com/nextchapter to read more and schedule a free discovery call.

Thirty minutes. No obligation. Just a conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and whether coaching is the right fit.

I’d love to talk with you. Or with someone you love. Because every chapter — every single one — deserves a guide.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

I'm thinking about how habit formation is impacted by my neurodiversity. I've noticed for a long time now that some of the popular writing and teaching around habit formation and change doesn't fully connect with my lived experience. If you experience life through (ADHD, AUDHD, Autism, Etc...) how do you engage theory work?

What are you finding helpful? What resources or thought leaders speak to your experience? Where are the gaps for you? I'm researching and writing around how neurodivergence impacts people's access to and engagement with theory work - ala BJ Fogg, PhD, Gretchen Rubin, Charles Duhigg, Katy Milkman, Angela Duckworth, Wendy Wood: Author, Claude Steele, Jennifer Eberhardt, Beverly Daniel Tatum, Nir Eyal and James Clear. (Interesting that several of the above are connected with Stanford University.)
