Never ask your team to do something you are not willing to do first.

If you want them at the event, be at the event. If you want them to invest, you better have invested. If you want them to take action, you need to be taking action.

But once you have done it, stop being afraid to lead.

Do what you are supposed to do, then urge your team to do the same.

That is leadership.

Before anyone else believes in what you are offering, you have to sell yourself first.

Do the presentation.
Build the belief.
Make the offer irresistible.

Do not show up with something average and wonder why people are not excited.

That is duplication.
