Be careful who you listen to when you start chasing a bigger life.

A lot of dream stealers are not trying to hurt you… they are trying to protect you based on their own fears, limitations, and beliefs.

But if you listen to people who have never done what you are trying to do, they can slowly talk you out of your dreams before you even give yourself a real chance.

Do not let someone else’s fear become your future.

Your dreams are too valuable to hand over to people who cannot see the vision.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is trying to reinvent everything before they even understand what already works.

Success leaves clues.

If someone already has a proven recipe, follow it long enough to understand why it works before you start changing ingredients.

Too many people try to “do their own thing” before they have ever mastered the basics.

Would you hire you?

Because a lot of people want massive results while putting in the bare minimum effort possible.

But your team is not going to duplicate what you say.

They are going to duplicate what you do.

If you are not recruiting, selling, improving, and staying consistent, why would anyone else on your team do it?

Great leaders lead by example.

Network Marketers…

There are two types of leaders.

The first type creates followers. They want all the control, all the attention, and all the spotlight.

The second type creates other leaders.

They empower people to grow, become independent, and step into leadership themselves.

That is where true duplication comes from.

And ironically, the people who give away the most spotlight usually become the biggest earners in the long run because they build teams that are not dependent on them for everything.

Great leadership is not about creating followers.

It is about creating more leaders.

One of the biggest mistakes new people make is assuming the prospect is only evaluating the opportunity.

They are also evaluating you.

And if you are brand new and not getting results yet, sometimes people confuse the messenger with the message.

That’s why having your upline do presentations for you, or at least bringing them in for a three way call, can be so powerful in the beginning.

Borrow credibility until your own results catch up.
