Always remember that.

Thinking that you're JUST an assistant means that.....you're easily replaceable..you're just a number..you're not a valuable asset
and we DO NOT co-sign to those beliefs.

When you look at yourself as an ASSET and not just someone in anyone's business:

Just a few months ago I was feeling stuck in my "cool" corporate job. Yes, the benefits were nice, but constantly having to "request" off to do what really fulfilled me, travel, was honestly just so draining.⁠

Then, COVID came. I got furloughed. I sat around and spent some time reflecting on what on EARTH I was supposed to do next. (I mean, didn't we all wonder??)⁠
