Another home upgraded the right way. We removed the old, underperforming insulation and hauled away all debris. Then we sanitized the attic space, performed a full airtight air seal around light penetrations and ceiling gaps, and inspected the duct lines. Any minor leaks or disconnected joints were sealed and corrected to improve airflow and system efficiency.

After proper prep, we installed new R38 Owens Corning Pink Panther insulation to meet code and deliver solid thermal performance. This was a tough attic, but our crew completed the entire job in one day — clean, tight, and done right.

Another home in Preston Hollow, Dallas is now fully upgraded with brand-new R49 blown loose-fill fiberglass insulation. We also installed a hardwired attic turbine fan with a thermostat to control heat buildup and improve ventilation — this house is officially ready for the Texas summer.

On top of that, the homeowner just installed new Trane 16 SEER and 20 SEER systems, so the efficiency level here is strong.
