Our multi-step process:

🔹 Full inspection & repairs — this job had turf strips between pavers with no infill, so the dog was pulling them right up. We added rock underneath, reinfilled with sand, and stapled them down. Good as new.

What happened:
Customer built a new detached garage with a foundation larger than the original footprint. The concrete contractor cut the turf back, poured the foundation, and moved on. What was left behind — rocks and dirt in the turf fibers, a decomposed granite base full of peaks and valleys, and construction debris choking out the drainage system.
That’s when they called us.

What we did:
✅ Pulled back all existing turf
✅ Replaced old nailer board with poly bender board throughout — rot-resistant and built to last
✅ Regraded the sub-base and added fresh aggregate for a smooth, level surface
✅ Re-seamed all turf cuts from the concrete work
✅ Deep cleaned every fiber — cleared out construction debris clogging the drainage
✅ Top dressed with silica sand to keep fibers standing tall and draining right
