This full-time leadership position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing teams, building community relationships, and helping seniors receive the quality care they deserve.
We're especially interested in candidates with:
✔️ A background in social work (strongly preferred)
✔️ Management experience in home care, healthcare, or social services
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Experience with client assessments and employee supervision
✔️ The ability to meet Texas PAS Administrator requirements
