🏠One House. Five 🖐️ Fireplaces.

This customer called us to inspect five individual fireplaces throughout her home. During the inspection, we found that the existing decorative gas log sets were no longer functioning properly and needed to be replaced.

We went over different designs and styles with the homeowner for each fireplace, making sure every set matched the look they wanted for each room.

Once everything was selected, we supplied and installed five brand-new decorative gas log sets, completed the full project in just two days, and tested every fireplace to make sure everything was operating properly.

The final result came out beautiful — five refreshed fireplaces, each with its own style, all ready to enjoy. 🏡

🐿️ Unexpected “intruder” in the fireplace!

This homeowner was getting ready to sell the house and needed the problem handled as soon as possible. We were able to complete the entire project within two days of work. ✅

The surprise guest? A squirrel that had been living around the chimney and building a large nest over the years. The existing chimney cap wasn’t providing proper protection, allowing wildlife to get inside. At some point, our little intruder took a wrong turn and ended up coming down the chimney and into the house! 🐿️🏠

We removed all of the nesting material, thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the fireplace and chimney area to help eliminate unwanted odors, bacteria, and contamination.

While we were there, we also completely refreshed the decorative gas log set, giving the fireplace a clean, like-new appearance. 🔥✨

To finish the job, we replaced the old chimney cap with a properly sized spark arrestor, helping protect the chimney from squirrels, birds, debris, and future unwanted visitors.

From an unexpected intruder to a clean, refreshed, and properly protected fireplace — completed in just two days.

A disconnected chimney liner isn't just a small issue, it can become a serious safety hazard.

On this prefabricated fireplace, our inspection revealed that the stainless steel liner had completely separated from the fireplace, making the system unsafe to operate.

We carefully accessed the chimney, removed the damaged liner, and replaced it with a new one, verified the entire venting system, and restored the fireplace to proper working condition.

Repaired the open wall and make sure that that all area is clean as it was before we came.

Chimney Exterior Repair Project

A customer contacted us after stones started falling from the exterior of his chimney. The stone facing around the chimney had been poorly installed in the past, and over time, pieces began separating and falling onto the roof.

The falling stones damaged shingles and eventually led to water leaks inside the home. That’s when the customer decided to call us for an inspection.

After arriving on site, we inspected the chimney exterior, roof area, flashing, and surrounding shingles. Based on the condition of the chimney, we recommended removing the failing stone facing and rebuilding the exterior with a proper stucco finish.

As part of the project, we completed:

• Removal of the damaged exterior stone facing
• Full chimney exterior rebuild with stucco
• Chimney flashing replacement
• Shingle repairs around the chimney area
• Final cleanup and inspection

The project took approximately five business days to complete.

This is a good reminder that loose stone, damaged siding, cracked stucco, or failing chimney flashing should not be ignored. Exterior chimney damage can quickly lead to roof damage, water leaks, and more expensive repairs if left untreated.
