💉 "Our vaccine program loses money." 💉
We hear this a lot, and it's usually based on looking at one bad ERA, not the full picture.

One practice saw $200–$300 in losses on a single remittance and assumed the worst. When we looked at the full vaccine program, it had generated roughly $18,000 in margin.

Before you change your vaccine strategy, do the math: for your 5 highest-volume vaccines, compare acquisition cost against actual payment × number of doses given.

Don't judge the program by one ERA.
Don't guess. Know.

❓Is your team getting credit for all the work they're already doing?
